  • We don’t sell individual templates. To maximise the value for you, we have carefully curated template collections to guide you from start to finish with your event planning. We offer better value for money in our collections.

  • We get this question a lot! Only you can know the answer to this question, but we can help you work it out.

    We recommend you look at what's included in each product to see exactly what you'll get. You’ll notice we’ve compiled our templates and tools into kits and template bundles.   • Yes! We know event planning can be challenging for complete beginners, but it is totally doable. Anyone can do it. If you're willing to put in the work, you will be completely fine. To get you started, we include instructions and examples to show you how to use your new templates. We also include a Welcome/User Guide with every collection. And you can find free tutorials and event planning guides in our Blog.

  • Yes, the event planning templates are fully customisable, allowing you to tailor them to your specific event requirements. You can add your own brand colours, font, images and logo to make them your own.

  • Yes. You may use our event planning templates when working with a client or working for your employer. If you are using our products to build an event plan for a client or workplace, please note that there is one limitation: you are prohibited from claiming or promoting the actual template designs as your own. Event planners choose our event planning templates because they want our professional-grade event tools, designed and curated by our team of event experts at Event Kit. Our customers are looking for the reassurance of using our agency-designed event planning templates.

  • All our products are delivered via DIGITAL DOWNLOAD, no physical item will be shipped. Within minutes of your purchase, a private download link will be sent directly to your inbox. This link will be active for 24 hours. Use that link to download your new templates from our server to your computer.

    1. Click the link in your email to download the templates from our server to your computer. It will appear as a compressed .zip file in your Downloads folder.

    2. Open your Downloads folder and click on the .zip file to unpack the contents.

    3. And that’s it! You now have all your new templates delivered to your computer and you can start event planning!

  • Yes! We've designed these to be user friendly for the average person. We built all our templates in familiar formats of WORD, EXCEL, PPT, PDF so people with basic to intermediate computer knowhow can edit them easily.

  • Yes. We include a Welcome/User Guide with every collection. Easily edit your event templates by following our step-by-step instructions and prompts. We show you how to make them truly your own.

  • Yes. When you upload Office files to Google Drive, you can edit, comment and collaborate directly on Office files when you use Google Docs, Sheets and Slides. All changes are auto-saved to the file in its original Office format.

  • No. We worked really hard to make these as user-friendly as possible. No need for expensive software or complicated event design software. All you have to do is swap out placeholder text and photos.

  • Yes absolutely. If you are organising multiple events, we recommend you keep a clean version of each of your templates, and “Save As” for each new event you work on.

  • We are happy to help you with issues relating to access and general use of our templates, and any problems that might arise with these. We offer support via email and we aim to respond within 48 hours (2 business days) Monday to Friday.

  • Option 1: Edit a PDF in Acrobat Pro

    Option 2: Edit a PDF in Word

    Open your file in Acrobat Reader or Pro. When your file opens, select "Export PDF" > "Microsoft Word". Click Export. Edit your content as needed, then select File > Save As … Select PDF in the File Format dropdown menu, then click Save.

    Option 3: Edit with free online tool

PAYMENT, RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • You have a one-time payment only. We don’t charge an ongoing or monthly subscription fee to access our templates. When you purchase our products you pay once and that’s it.

  • Forever! You are purchasing lifetime use of your new event planning templates, for as long as you keep them.

    You have lifetime use of your templates because we give you access to download files directly to your computer. Once you’ve got them, they are yours! Note we don’t guarantee lifetime access to our server or updates to the content. If the template has been retired/removed from the store, it will no longer be updated or accessible from our server.

  • Within minutes after purchase, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email with your order number and payment receipt. You’ll then receive a separate email with your download link. If you haven't received these emails within 15 minutes, first check your junk/spam folder, and then contact us.

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot guarantee a refund if you no longer want or need the product or service you bought. This is the case even if your circumstances have changed, you have no use for what you purchased, you made a mistake or you found you can buy the product cheaper elsewhere.
