Project Summary
Mountain to Mouth is a multi-award-winning arts walk, an 80 km journey of discovery. This unique arts event was created to bring communities together and immerse them in Geelong's diverse landscape and story. Over 1,700 people joined 90 professional artists to create outdoor artworks. City of Greater Geelong engaged Event Kit to improve event operations and safety, along with full-service event management to deliver the event.

Our goal was to create better event operations and safety.
For this project, Event Kit was engaged to improve event operations and safety, along with full-service event operations and event risk management. Our goal with this consultation was to provide a seamless event experience for the hundreds of artists, performers, vendors and participants. We focused on improving the event management process and increased risk management protocols to deliver a safer and more enjoyable event for all.
